Innovation is the key

What the Tata's have done with making of Nano would be a red letter day in the History of Indian industry. the USD 2500 NANO marks the fundamental shift of the World radar from the US and Europe to India and China. These two countries would be the global driver of growth and wealth well into the next century.

But what is disheartening is the way some of our so called Enviornmentalists, they are shouting at the top of their voice the ill effects of Nano on indian roads and enviornment. But they are only playing in the hands of MNCs, who do not want the indians to innovate and prosper. The status of roads and enviornments in India is more to be blamed on the wrong policies of the Government. We have always been developing roads in our cities late, which has led to many deaths and crumbling state of urban landscape. For years, people who had big and more polluting cars of the western world, they did not pay for parking and no cost for incurring pollution.

Now when we have a product by an Indian company which is less polluting, meets all the safety and enviornmental standards, then why is there a hue and cry. Why is there no noise when a oyota or an audi is launched. Why is there a noise for tatas? when the common man in this country, is for the first time emanicipated, we should salute the spirit of innovation and enterprneurship of TATAs which has made a mark in the global arena
